The work combines human figures, materials and gestures, hybridising photography and video and altering representation in order to expand time and space. In this way, a back-and-forth movement between appearance and disappearance is made visible.
The supports for the works and their lighting contribute to this hybridisation, creating a dynamic interplay between appearance and disappearance.

The production of the images follows a common thread, allowing the entire body of work to be read like a book with a beginning and an end. The images as a whole thus constitute a single artwork. The transformation of the media and the alteration of representation occur gradually, dividing time into three chapters and organising the work into three sections, which the artist has designated as ‘loops.’ Each loop is named in relation to the dynamic interplay between appearance and disappearance that unites the entire body of work. Each loop combines photographs and videos and consists of 37 photographic series and 23 video series.
